Simple Holiday Detox

20141227_105800Anyone thinking of doing a gentle cleanse this weekend and in the new year with me?

The cleanse plan:

– Eat clean, simple (greens, grains and legumes, avoid fried and any processed foods and sugary treats)
– Lots of peppermint tea (to settle the tummy, skin clearing, stress relief and more)
