Simple Holiday Detox
Anyone thinking of doing a gentle cleanse this weekend and in the new year with me?
The cleanse plan:
– Eat clean, simple (greens, grains and legumes, avoid fried and any processed foods and sugary treats)
– Lots of peppermint tea (to settle the tummy, skin clearing, stress relief and more)
– Daily walks along a nice trail (inhale the fresh air, move our arms and legs)
– and back to my favorite – the Glowing Green Smoothie from Kimberly Snyders Beauty Detox.
