Apple cider vinegar


It’s been about two months that I really committed to drinking apple cider vinegar every day and within a couple of weeks my stomach cramps subsided and my skin began to look healthier. I just feel like my body’s ph balance is more in control.

How do I do it? I take a shot of apple cider vinegar each morning with some lemon juice (or lime). I mix two tbl. spoons of apple cider vinegar with a quarter cup of water and some freshly squeezed lemon juice. It’s been (lately) the 1st thing I put into my body each day to kickstart my day and my health! Following my shot, a tall glass of water. Goodbye coffee. Hello Apple Cider Vinegar 🙂

I also drink the same amount of apple cider vinegar with an 8 oz glass of water before my lunch meal.
