Never Underestimate the Power of a Workout

Never underestimate the power of a workout to recharge the mind and the body. I workout to stay strong but I also workout to manage stress and the blues. It lifts my spirits. It makes me happy. It makes me a better mom, better worker, better trainer, better athlete, better friend, better daughter, better wife, better human. You never regret a good workout.  I run, lift weights, take zumba classes, and go for walks, rain, snow or shine…. and each of them lifts my spirits and helps clear my mind and destress.
