Service: 12 WEEK PROGRAM with your Fitness & Wellness Coach
I am a certified health coach with a holistic approach to fitness, nutrition and overall wellness. I work with women to help them reduce stress, achieve their healthy weight goals, improve nutrition and physical activity, increase energy levels, and find ways to help them live their best lives. I focuss on supporting my clients’ goals by working together to discover and build healthy new habits and lifestyle changes and by creating sustainable lifestyle changes through plant-based nutritional solutions, personalized and favorable exercises, breathing and meditation, and motivational empowerment activities. I will work my clients for 12 weeks (or up to a 6 month program), customizing a program that suites my clients’ individual needs, goals, likes and personality.
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
